How to request a refund

Reply to your Stripe payment receipt email, mentioning roughly when you purchased. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your report

Your analysis stays free to redo at any time — a refund simply removes the paid unlock. Your photo was already discarded the moment it was analyzed, so there is nothing else to delete.
